    Depending on the size of the tour group, it will either be a van or a bus.

  • Can I bring a car seat for my small child?

    There are no seatbelts on the bus, but the van does have them. You are welcome to bring the child seat if we have room. Please call for more info.

  • Will vehicles be equip with headphones for language translations?

    No. Tours are generally in English, but if you would prefer a tour in a different language, NYSee Tours will provide you with a guide who speaks that language.

  • Is the vehicle handicapped accessible?

  • Will we have a chance to stop for lunch?

    Yes. Normally we stop at Chelsea Market, a local eatery hot spot. They offer various types of cuisine; anything your heart desires, really. We will grab food and sit down for 30 minutes.

  • What is the difference between tour sights and tour stops?

    A tour site is what we see from the bus, a tour stop is a physical stop and exploration of a site. i.e Central Park, WTC, etc

    The Get Acquainted Tour begins on the Northwest Corner of 45th and Broadway in Times Square. (In front of the SunGlass Hut) Look for guide in bright orange vest. Please be there by 9:45AM, tour leaves promptly at 10.

    The 9/11 Memorial: Two Boro Tour begins at the NY Water Taxi on 12th Avenue and 44th Street (Between the Circle Line and The Intrepid) Look for guide in bright orange vest. Please be there by 9:45AM, tour leaves promptly at 10.

  • Do senior citizens or children receive any discounts?

    Yes. We offer two ticket prices: $80 for Adults, and $70 for Children and Seniors.

  • Do you offer any special discounts for groups?

    Yes, but you should contact us to determine if this is a possibility for your tour. We also offer a payment app on our website called Splitable, which allows you to book tickets for groups of 4, and split the total price how you would like.

  • Are tickets refundable or exchangeable?

    Tickets are exchangeable provided there is availablity, however they are not refundable.

  • Does the cost of a ticket include a tip for the guide and driver?

    No, tips are not included in the ticket price.

  • Do I need to print or bring physical tickets on tour date?
